A personal training session with Andy can be used for Stretching, Assisted Stretching, Strength & Mobility Coaching or a Training Session based on how you feel on the day.
New to the gym? Andy is perfect for showing you the ropes & helping you learn more about the gym and how to use the equipment in it. He’ll make you feel at ease, install self belief and help get you started.
SESSIONS & PROCESS
An initial consultation and assessment takes up to 1 hour.
Stretching, Rehab & Assisted Stretching Sessions take from 1 to 3 hours usually. (paid by the hour)
Personal Training is on a 1 to 1 basis and takes up to 1 hour or more. (paid by the hour)
