Personal Training Sessions are for 60 minutes each and can be used for a training session, stretching session, gym confidence, rehabilition work, strength & conditioning or a combination of a few of these or perhaps something bespoke to suit your needs.
The 6 Week Gym Programme includes my Free App where you can view the exercise videos, log your workouts and track your progress. This is a programme where you are fully accountable without personal training. Most people buy a PT Session when they need to check their form and posture for these programmes.
Nutrition Plans are personalised to you and appear in my Free App so you can track your food and also receive updates or revisions.
